Tej, I had mentioned a sample number on the post itself. Anyways, here’s another one : 13323592895. The number has to be 11 characters long with the first three belonging to any one of these : 130, 131, 132, 133, 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139. There are also other prefixes, you can google for them.

    Hi, I can’t access KasperskyLab/protected… It’s simply not there… What can I do? Thanks

Hi Mike, do you not see “KasperskyLab” or “protected”? You need to disable self defense in order to see it. Have you disabled it?

I just installed it on another PC. There was no “sandbox” folder. Are you sure you downloaded the antivirus from the link given on the post? Because Sandbox feature was dropped in Kaspersky AV 2013. Also, I take it you are on an admin account and there is not any program like sandboxie installed on your computer?

Ok, now it worked fine for me. I just did another clean uninstall and deleted the kasperskylab entry by hand!

    Thank you!

On 64bit systems the KasperskyLab Key can be found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Wow6432Node
