How to get free SMS alert everytime you receive a new email?

Here's how you can get SMS alert for free, each time you receive a new email on your Gmail account. This method  works with Gmail account only. If you don't have a Gmail account, you can easily create one and then forward the mails from your other accounts to your Gmail account.
